Processing Orders
Orders will be processed very carefully and shipped within 24 hours. Usually, you will get same day shipping if order is received before 11am ET. monday to saturdays. We always ship to your paypal address.
Receiving and Completing Orders
We kindly ask customers to adjust the status on their orders to "Completed" when they have inspected their orders and found them to be satisfactory relative to part types, quantities and colors.
Refunds and Exchanges:
No refunds or exchanges, unless it is due to our error.
Minor part variations:
Some parts that look the same and have the same functionality are or were made with different molds. We may not distinguish between these variations and may keep them in the same lot.
In Case of an Error with an Order
Should we make an error in a part order as to Item quantity, type or color, please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to immediately remedy the issue. We would also appreciate being contacted if you experience any other problem with your order not previously specified.
